Donna A. Murray – Senior Assistant Attorney General, Human Services Division, Wyoming Attorney General’s Office

Ms. Murray graduated from the University of Wyoming, College of Law in 1991. Upon graduating Ms. Murray clerked for Judge Barrett with the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and Federal Magistrate, William C. Beaman.  Following her clerkships, Ms. Murray entered private practice with the firm of Bailey, Pickering & Stock.  After working for Bailey, Pickering & Stock for a few years, Ms. Murray opened her own domestic relations practice.  Ms. Murray was recruited to be the Executive Director of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation in 1998.  In 2002, Ms. Murray joined the Attorney General’s Office where she represented the Department of Education and the School Facilities Commission.  Two years later Ms. Murray was asked by the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center to conduct the fundraising campaign for the Davis Hospice Center.  In 2005 Ms. Murray became the Assistant Director of the School Facilities Commission and then returned to the Attorney General’s Office in 2010 where she currently represents the Department of Health, Division of Healthcare Financing (Medicaid).

She is married to Michael R. O’Donnell and has one child, Lauren from a prior marriage.

 

 

Lesley Osen worked for the Wyoming Attorney General in the Consumer Protection Unit from 2007-2015.  Lesley answered all calls from citizens regarding consumer protections issues.  She traveled the State speaking to senior citizen groups about consumer issues and identity theft and how it impacts seniors in Wyoming.  Lesley left the Consumer Protection Unit in June 2015 and is now the Compensation Claims Analyst for Victims Services in the Wyoming Attorney General's Office.
