Our member Bob Leonard will be covering the impact of the increased estate tax exclusion amount on operating and partnership agreements provisions for existing and new LLCs and partnerships and use of the IRC 754 election, using the Uniform Trust Code to cut off claims for revocable trusts while the trust grantor/creator is still alive, and using trusts to get around the loss of a deduction for alimony payments.
